How do I book a picnic?You can book your picnic by contacting us at allthingspicnic@outlook.com or calling 0449 202 701. Let us know your preferred date, location, and any special details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How much notice is required to book a picnic?We prefer as much notice as possible to ensure we can cater to all your specific needs and provide the best possible experience. However, if you’re planning something last minute, feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?Yes, we certainly do. Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements prior to booking. Halal/ Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Nut Free options are available Please note: If a guest requires two or more dietary modifications (e.g. vegan and gluten-free), additional costs will apply to accommodate these requests

Can I hire the picnic set up without food and drinks?Absolutely! Our picnic setups can be hired on their own, perfect if you’d prefer to bring your own food and drinks or organise catering separately. We’ll still style everything beautifully so all you need to do is show up and enjoy.

What happens if it rains?The weather can be unpredictable at times but don’t let it ruin your day! We have a few options in place if the forecast isn’t looking ideal. We highly recommend having a backup location ready to go, this could be an indoor venue, someone’s home, or an undercover space like a pergola or porch area. Alternatively, you’re welcome to reschedule your picnic to the next available date, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, a small fee will apply to cover admin and logistics. Planning ahead with a wet weather option ensures your celebration can still go ahead smoothly, rain or shine!

What is your cancellation policy?More than 12 days’ notice: We’re happy to offer a full refund, or you can choose to relocate or reschedule your picnic at no extra cost. Less than 12 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply. We can provide a credit note for the remaining balance to use towards a future booking. Less than 3 days’ notice: Unfortunately, no refund will be given for cancellations due to bad weather or a change of mind, as preparations will already be underway. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your picnic with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge. If you need to reschedule a second time, a small fee will apply to cover additional admin and logistics. Relocating: If you’d like to relocate your picnic to an indoor or undercover venue, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to adjust the setup accordingly.
