How do I book a picnic?

How do I pay for my picnic?


Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure picnic and the remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before the event.




How much notice is required?


We require at least 4 weeks’ notice however the more notice you give us the better.




What happens if it rains?


The weather can be unpredictable at times but don’t let this ruin your day! We’ve got a range of options for you if the weather isn’t looking great. We suggest having a backup plan, this could be held indoors at someone’s house or in an undercover pergola/porch area. We can provide you with a 3m x 3m marquee (please note: A marquee will incur an additional fee of $40). We’re happy to accommodate for wet weather. Alternatively you can reschedule your picnic for the next available date.




Do you cater for special dietary requirements?


Yes, we certainly do. Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements prior to booking. Please note: Halal/ Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Nut Free options are available




Can I hire the picnic set up without with platter and drinks?

What is your cancellation policy?


* More than 1 weeks notice: We are happy to provide a full refund, relocate or reschedule your picnic * Less than 1 weeks notice: A 20% cancellation fee will apply. We're happy to provide a credit note to use for future events. The remaining balance wil be refunded. * On the day: No refund given due to bad weather or change of mind
